Each M. Bāzis print is “made to order." Accordingly, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. We are also unable to make any changes or cancellations to orders after 24 hours from the moment the Order is placed. 

If your order arrives with damage from the carrier, please submit a detailed replacement/credit request with clearly visible photos of the damage - including damage to the packaging - to MBazisArt@Gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.  Submission of your Damage Review does not guarantee your item will be replaced. A Damage Review requires a minimum of thirty (30) business days to complete and the delivery of a replacement product, if any, will be subject to then existing manufacturing capacity, inventory, availability, and shipping timing.

Retainers, deposits, and final purchase of all commissioned works by Michelle Bāzis are final and inelligable for return, refund, or exchange.
