Nearly 2,000 1-inch squares complete “Osage". As a Northwest Arkansas-based artist, I often paint icons of the Ozarks, like this indigenous man wearing traditional Osage Nation powwow regalia including a Roach (headpiece), finger woven streamers, bells, and beaded moccasins. The Osage tribe is one of the most prevalent of the Native American tribes in the area.
